The build is $800 and the site is yours. A monthly plan keeps it hosted, backed up and up to date, with changes included, and you can cancel that by email at any time.

Billing starts when the site goes live, not when you sign the scope. Every plan carries the same foundation underneath: hosting, SSL, backups, on-page SEO, and a person you can text.
You want a clean, fast site that makes it easy to find you and get in touch.
You quote jobs and lose work to missed calls. See the full details.
Bigger than a standard site: a portal, a web app, or something bespoke.
Rather host it yourself? Pay the $800, take the files, and put the site on any host you like. You give up the managed hosting, the backups, the daily monitoring and the content changes, and on the Lead Machine you also give up the estimator, the owner dashboard and the texts, because those run on our software rather than in the files. Most owners keep the monthly because they would rather not think about any of it.
And a straight promise: if we don't think a site will pay for itself for your business, we'll tell you on the demo call, and not take your money.
A lot of what owners end up paying three separate companies for is folded into one line here. This is that list.
No separate hosting bill
No per-change invoices
No renewal you forgot about
These are one-time jobs on a site we did not build. You keep your hosting and your existing setup, and we do the single piece you need. Each one starts with a free look and a fixed quote, so you approve the number before anything happens. These prices are separate from a website plan, and the malware figure has nothing to do with the $800 build fee above.
Add-ons are one-time and do not put you on a plan. If you would rather we took the whole thing over instead, that is a monthly plan and a fresh build.

A big agency and a DIY builder can both work. Here's where each one costs you, so you can pick with your eyes open.
The short answers owners want before they sign. No lock-in, no hidden fees, no financing trap.
The Starter plan is $800 to design and build, then $99 a month for a custom site up to five pages. The Lead Machine is $800 to build and $399 a month for up to fifteen pages with the quote estimator and owner lead dashboard, built for trades. That puts the first twelve months at $1,988 on Starter and $5,588 on the Lead Machine. Larger portals or web apps are custom quoted.
The design and the build: pages written from scratch for your business, on-page SEO set properly, your Google Business Profile matched to the site, and launch. It is one payment, invoiced when the site goes live rather than when you sign the scope, and the files are yours from that day. An agency quote for the same five pages in Atlantic Canada usually runs five to ten thousand dollars.
Cancel any time by email with no penalty, and it takes effect at the end of the billing month. You keep your website files, because the $800 build already paid for them. What stops is the hosting, the backups, the monitoring and the changes, so you will need somewhere to put the site. The lead dashboard and estimator are our own software, so those stay with us.
The $800 build fee is the only one-time charge, and there is no separate setup fee on top of it. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving. The monthly starts once the site is live, not when you sign the scope, and it stops at the end of the month you tell us to stop it.
Yes. Pay for the build, take the files, and put the site on any host you like. You give up the managed hosting, the backups, the daily monitoring and the content changes, and on the Lead Machine you also give up the estimator, the owner dashboard and the texts, because those run on our software rather than in the files. Most owners keep the monthly because they would rather not think about any of it.
A page is a distinct URL with its own content: home, services, about, contact, and so on. Starter covers up to five, the Lead Machine up to fifteen. If you outgrow the count, we talk about it rather than billing you a surprise.
Yes. New hours, a fresh photo, a price change, a seasonal promotion: text one person and most of it is done the same day. What is not included is a second website, a redesign from scratch, or new custom features, which get quoted separately.
Each one starts with a free look at your site, then a fixed quote before any work begins. Prices vary because a five-page brochure site and a sixty-page WordPress install are not the same job. You approve the number first, and you keep your own hosting. See the add-ons.
